Removing or Refunding an Optional Charge

Changed your mind after checkout? That is not a problem.

If Shipping Protection or a Tip was added to your order and you later decide you do not want it, you may contact our support team and request a full refund of that optional amount.

This also applies if:

• you selected the option accidentally;

• you no longer wish to keep the service;

• your order has already entered the shipping process.

A refund request for Shipping Protection or a Tip does not require you to provide a reason.

Please understand that refunding an optional add-on does not automatically cancel the products in your order. Product cancellations, returns, and merchandise refunds are handled separately under the applicable store policies.
