1. Final Sale Policy

Please be advised that all sales are final. Due to the artisanal nature of our collections and hygiene standards associated with jewelry, Exlecticlocal does not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind," subjective preferences, or accidental orders. We encourage our clients to review product descriptions, dimensions, and high-resolution imagery carefully before finalizing a purchase.

2. Mandatory Inspection & Defect Reporting

We stand behind our craftsmanship. While every item undergoes a rigorous quality control (QC) process before dispatch, we acknowledge that rare manufacturing issues or transit damage may occur.

  • Reporting Window: Any inherent manufacturing defects or logistical errors must be reported to our support team at support@exlecticlocal.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Documentation: To qualify for a resolution, you must provide clear photographs or video evidence of the defect and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: For verified manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, Exlecticlocal will provide a one-to-one exchange or a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

No returns will be accepted without prior formal approval from our Legal Compliance Department.

  • Authorization: If a return is approved due to a verified quality issue, you will be issued a specific RMA number.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer labels, "Found Objects" documentation, and branded packaging intact.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Any parcels sent back to our facilities without a valid RMA or prior written consent will be rejected and ineligible for reimbursement.

4. Allocation of Logistical Liabilities

  • Defective Goods: If the return is necessitated by a product defect or an error on our part, Exlecticlocal will assume full liability for the return shipping expenses.

  • Exclusions: We do not cover damages resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear (such as natural oxidation of metals), or human-induced structural damage after the initial 48-hour inspection window.

5. Verification and Approval Process

Upon receipt of the returned item, our quality control team will perform a final inspection to confirm the reported defect. Once the defect is verified and the item is confirmed to be in its original condition (with tags and packaging), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refund Disbursement and Timeframes

Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for our internal processing. Note that your financial institution may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
