SECTION 21: LOGISTICAL RISK AND TITLE TRANSFERENCE

While we manage fulfillment with care, aiming for a 48-hour dispatch, Exlecticlocal is not liable for delays caused by external carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the jewelry to the shipping carrier.
